Helpful staff in busy surroundings
The staff at Kinan Al Azizia Hotel were incredibly accommodating, always equipped with a smile. Our room, although basic, provided a comfortable space for our family after long days.
While the hotel is conveniently located, you need to use public buses that can be quite crowded. The bathroom amenities were lacking, with slow water pressure and no towels provided.

Beds offer decent comfort compared to other similar places. larger rooms provide ample space for families. The proximity to the bus shuttle drops you off reasonably close to the main attractions.
Room cleaning services were severely lacking during a four-day stay—no cleaning happened despite requests. The cramped bathrooms often emitted unpleasant odors, with ongoing drainage issues leading to puddles forming. Wi-Fi connectivity was hit or miss, leaving guests frustrated. For families with bigger members, beds were small, making it uncomfortable for anyone over six feet. The food options nearby are limited. if you’re craving something other than Arabic cuisine, good luck.

unbelievably, I stayed at kinan and found the drains in the bathroom horrid, yet they easily changed my room—as if that was some kind of favor. I also expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles but only got a regular room. Almost thought about giving this place a good review but just couldn't.

The location is convenient, with a supermarket just a seven-minute walk away and easy access to the free shuttle service to the main attractions. The staff were exceptionally polite and accommodating. the air conditioning struggled on hotter days, and the bathroom amenities could use better attention, lacking towels and having slow water pressure. Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent, which was a hassle at times.

I enjoyed my stay, especially the staff. They were helpful, always ready to assist. I appreciated the shuttle service to the main attractions. It made traveling around so much easier. my room was quite basic and needed cleaning, which didn't happen during my visit. As a wildlife conservationist, I often rely on places that offer comfort and convenience after long days, and this one had room for improvement.

The staff was super helpful 🤗 when I needed to switch rooms. The shuttle service to the Haram is a lifesaver! Just a bummer about the tiny bathroom and the occasional insect.
